Position Summary:
NAVEX is on a mission to become the leader in Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) software solutions. NAVEX's Governance, Risk and Compliance Information System creates a cost-effective way to continuously monitor third parties and risk-rank them. NAVEX's TPRM solution facilitates monitoring using external news and analysis across target areas, especially culture, operations, IT, and ESG,and has configurable workflows so that our customers can work with third parties to reduce risk and control outcomes through corrective actions.
As the Director of Product Management for Third Party Risk Management, you will manage fast-paced teams responsible for building and deploying third-party risk management software solutions to new and existing NAVEX customers. Using a data-driven mindset and entrepreneurial approach, you will own the product roadmap for the third-party risk management solution space and focus on understanding customer needs and industry insights in managing vendors in terms of various risk areas, including ESG, InfoSec, BCDR, and others.
You will be responsible for driving innovation and effective solution delivery through our current products and the development of new enhancements and cross-product integrations. You will align with all areas of the company to successfully lead strategic initiatives and deploy successful products. You will drive revenue growth and have the opportunity to scale product usage and impact as part of our overall Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) Information System.
This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with your Engineering partners, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to align all areas of the company to successfully lead tactical and strategic initiatives.

What You Will Do:
Create a product strategy to lead the TPRM market that aligns with NAVEX's strategic and financial goals
Gather & analyze quantitative market evidence from customers and prospects, competitors, analysts, and other sources to define and describe the market opportunity we are pursuing
Partner with Finance and Sales to develop business cases which drive investment
Be proactive and have a bias for making data-based decisions, be the focal point for the company for the product, to gain the trust of all the stakeholders
Facilitate continuous dialog and discovery with customers via interviews, win/loss calls, and competitive analysis
Generate prioritized requirements from all functional stakeholders to address these multidimensional needs across the product lifecycle. In particular, keep in mind the individual product requirements
Manage and work with the Product Managers of each individual product area to develop the strategy and roadmaps that align with NAVEX's overall goals
Partner with Marketing to leverage your market insights into sales-enabling tools and other customer-facing artifacts and programs
What You Will Need:
Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college, preferably with a marketing, general business or technical emphasis; MBA is a plus
8 years direct experience in product management for an enterprise software or platform SaaS product
2 years' experience leading, developing and managing a team
Direct experience in Agile software development in a continuous delivery environment
Knowledge of third-party risk management, due diligence and ESG
Direct experience leading geographically remote teams
Experience managing a third-party risk management practice preferred.
Certification in, or strong working knowledge of the Pragmatic Institute framework is a strong plus
Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills, with a track record of fostering relationships and aligning teams across multiple departments
High tolerance for ambiguity, an openness to change and a willingness to take informed risks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to collaborate with people across a variety of levels with diverse backgrounds

Each team member is required to have a career plan in place and reviewed with their manager after six months with our team.
The minimum starting pay range for this role is $148,000 per annum with 10% MBO.
Pay progression is based on performance.
