What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Supervisor position at NAVISYNC?
Job Description
The Account Supervisor supports agency of record brands by both overseeing and delivering projects in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. The Account Supervisor is the primary service delivery management resource with a key customer advocacy role, responsible for assuring client satisfaction. The Account Supervisor serves as a liaison between client and internal operations and is responsible for the successful execution and profitability of all projects.
NOTE: We have 2 positions open! Experience in Managed Markets/Market Access and/or Patient Support Services/Programs is required for consideration.
l Develops and maintains client relationships
l Function as internal team leader ensuring all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively.
l Responsible for VEEVA submission to Medical/Legal/Regulatory (MLR) and its’ associated tagging and linking
l Responsible for download and marking up of MLR comments
l Responsible for review and commenting of jobs through iMeet cloud-based routing system
l Participates or leads content calls with internal team and client, including medical/regulatory/legal review
l Reviews and forwards status/contact reports to client after each client contact
l The development of budgets and reconciliation within budget
l Liaison with client for signatures on contracts when applicable
l Utilizes agency tools to manage projects including project briefs, proposal templates, budget tools
l Collaborates with internal team on overall project plan, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
l Works within and manages to a budgeted labor hours and out-of-pockets by job and position level, to ensure minimum standards of job profitability.
o Monitors budget including direct costs and labor costs to ensure team members/direct reports are managing to assigned budgeted labor hours and managing direct costs
o Maintains and/or exceeds minimum billable utilization percentages for position level
l May provide direction to Account Executive or other direct reports (if applicable) regarding all aspects of project management to ensure client expectations are met if not exceeded
l 4-year college degree and/or relevant job experience within healthcare communications/marketing agencies
l 3-5 years of agency experience in managed markets/patient support programs
l Project management, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to manage people effectively.
l Demonstrate thorough knowledge of therapeutic area(s), marketplace, and products for all assigned accounts
l Solid knowledge of health care marketing principles
l Veeva experience required
l Demonstrate the ability to apply marketing knowledge to brand building strategic initiatives
l Demonstrate ability to use clinical information and data effectively
