The position of Accountant acts as a General Accountant for the Accounting Department and may be assigned any of the duties listed below.

How do I make an impact on my team?
- Generate and send invoices
- Apply customer payments to open receivables
- Assemble, review, and code invoices for payment
- Enter and upload invoices into system
- Prepare and perform check runs and ACH payments
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve reconciling differences
- Run unclaimed property reports and generate letters required by each state
- Set up ACH pulls for clients on two-day pay cycle
- Fixed asset administration
What our team expects from you?
- Associates degree in Accounting or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred
- 1 to 3 years of financial analysis experience is required
- Intermediate Excel skills are required
- Experience working with accounting software (Great Plains preferred)
- Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
- The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
