What are the responsibilities and job description for the Veterinary Receptionist position at NCWV Veterinary Emergency Clinic?
The NCWV Veterinary Emergency Clinic is looking for a full time/part time receptionist for our growing practice.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Individuals must be able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do:
- Monitor and answer a multi-line phone system.
- Checking in and out of patients/clients.
- Receive/Apply payments to client accounts
- Maintain cash drawer and balance end of shift receipts
- Typing, faxing and emailing of medical records.
Qualifications:
- Reception experience in a fast paced environment is preferred.
- Experience in small animal practice preferred.
- Motivated to provide excellent customer services in person and over the phone.
