What you'll do:

• Deliver and retrieve company vehicles to and from various locations.
• Wait with vehicles while being serviced.
• Handle basic maintenance of the vehicles including filling tank with gas, checking oil, keeping the vehicles tidy, and helping with required inspections.
• Maintain professional appearance of vehicles.
• Advise fleet manager if vehicles need major repairs or maintenance.
• Work in extreme weather including cold, heat, wet weather, and high winds.
• Prolonged sitting, standing, kneeling, crawling, reaching.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 lbs. on a consistent basis.
• Deliver parts to job sites for HVAC department.
• All other duties assigned as needed.
• Follow safety rules, safe work habits, utilizing appropriate safety equipment and reporting unsafe conditions to the appropriate administrator.
• Follow company policies regarding; customer relations, quality control, business conduct in customer's home, driver safety, clean hygiene, fleet maintenance, dispatch and communications, any other policies put forth by Russell's.
• Make sure company property, tools, vehicles, and equipment are used, maintained, and tracked appropriately and on time.
• Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically in all business matters and activities.

Requirements:

• The right candidate will have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Available full time Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm.
• All candidates are subject to pre-employment drug screenings and background checks.
