Nature of Work
This position will support student success through holistically engaging each student and connecting them with the necessary services and information through a case management approach. Will provide a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for students, their families, and staff. This may include, but not be limited to, answering questions (in person, telephone, email, and social media), assisting with finances, posting transactions and receipting payments, providing academic information, directing to services (counseling, career, ADA, tutoring, retentions specialist, Deans, advisors), providing information relative to financial aid and the TRIO program.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or related work experience required.
Preferred Qualifications
Data entry and the ability to write concise procedure guides is strongly preferred. Experience in Business Education, Administration, computer training and/or related areas is also strongly preferred. The successful candidate should be able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing and must be able to keep the confidentiality of information concerning student records. The ability to work with various constituencies including fellow professionals, students, and parents in a student-centered environment is strongly desired. Flexibility to work in a complex and ever-changing environment, strong leadership, time management, event planning, and organizational skills, demonstrated awareness of and sensitivity to diverse student populations, and the ability to comfortably work and communicate effectively with word processing and spreadsheet programs, e-mail, and internet is also strongly preferred. This position is non-exempt with regard to FLSA overtime. This position is covered by the NSCPA negotiated agreement.
