- Ability to work at heights up to 300 feet
- Develop safe and attentive climbing abilities
- Mechanical ability or form of trade experience preferred
- Willingness to learn install best practices and requirements

Requisites
- Overnight travel when required
- Work 40 hours a week
- Ability to work outdoors year round
- Flexibility for weekend work or possibly outages
- Reliable transportation
