Position Overview:
The Digital Media Manager will support the implementation of consumer-facing digital media campaigns for both Neighborly and Neighborly’s brands. A successful Digital Media Manager will be well-rounded and digitally savvy and have the ability to grow as the Neighborly company and Digital department grows. He/she will work with the Digital Media Director and collaborate with brand managers, franchisees, digital subject matter experts, as well as other internal stakeholders and agency partners, to define and execute digital media programs that drive business growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain digital advertising programs that drive sales for both Neighborly and Neighborly brands with a focus on optimizing performance and meeting KPI targets.
  • Work alongside the Digital Media Director to develop and implement paid media strategies including paid search, display, paid social advertising, and other digital ad strategies.
  • Leverage Neighborly’s customer data platform (CDP) in conjunction with agency and internal subject matter experts to devise ad campaigns that result in multi-brand growth.
  • Serve as point-of-contact for agency partners in the execution of brand paid media programs, with manager oversight.
  • Gather, measure and report performance of paid media campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Identify opportunities for campaign improvement regularly, including managing A/B tests.
  • Submits and manages creative requests as they relate to digital media.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Media Director to educate internal stakeholders and franchisees on areas of paid media through webinars, tutorials and other documentation.
  • Review and edit creative copy, analyze website performance metrics, and optimize campaigns.
  • Partner with brand teams to ensure that digital creative is in accordance with brand standards.
  • Stay abreast of current digital marketing trends & new technology and proactively monitor competitor activities.
Relevant Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or Equivalent, in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing; previous agency experience a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with web analytics tools and digital platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tools.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail.
  • High degree of professional maturity; Ability to represent Neighborly with external platform and agency partners
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
