As a Digital Media Manager on the Digital Marketing team, a typical day for you will include: Develop and maintain digital advertising programs that drive sales for both Neighborly and Neighborly brands with a focus on optimizing performance and meeting KPI targets. Work alongside the Digital Media Director to develop and implement paid media strategies including paid search, display, paid social advertising, and other digital ad strategies. Leverage Neighborly’s customer data platform (CDP) in conjunction with agency and internal subject matter experts to devise ad campaigns that result in multi-brand growth. Serve as point-of-contact for agency partners in the execution of brand paid media programs, with manager oversight. Gather, measure and report performance of paid media campaigns on a monthly and quarterly basis. Identify opportunities for campaign improvement regularly, including managing A/B tests. Submits and manages creative requests as they relate to digital media. Collaborate with the Digital Media Director to educate internal stakeholders and franchisees on areas of paid media through webinars, tutorials and other documentation. Experience: 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing; previous agency experience a plus Experience with web analytics tools and digital platforms including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and social media tools. High degree of professional maturity; Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner. Skills: Proficiency in MS Office - especially Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and attention to detail. Highly organized with strong project management skills. Education: Bachelor's degree, or Equivalent, in Marketing, Business, Communication, Advertising or related field. Schedule / in-office requirements: If local to DFW, can work hybrid in Irving, TX. Also open to fully remote.
