Commercial Finance Manager

NEP Group is seeking a Finance Manager to support the sales team in forecasting / budget management as well as pricing development and investment analysis. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic insights to drive business growth.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process for a set of product offerings across the US.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to drive efficiencies and maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support commercial strategies and initiatives.
• Prepare and present financial reports to senior management.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes for the commercial department.
• Assist in the month-end close process for multiple U.S. business units by performing detailed analysis of revenue and expense accounts in comparison to forecast.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare and review journal entries, accruals, and adjustments, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of financial records during month-end close.

Position Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in commercial finance or related roles, preferably in the tech or service industry
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a commercial finance role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a managerial or leadership role is a plus.
• Hybrid position with 2-3 days expected in local office
