What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer service representative position at Nesco Resource?
Nesco Resource is looking for a Customer Service Representative experienced in the Manufacturing field. THIS IS AN ON-SITE POSITION in Oxford, CT.
This position is temp to hire; seeking a long-term fit for permanent employment. $22.00 / hr., slight raise and excellent benefits package upon permanent hire.
Full time with a schedule of 8 : 00-5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Position Overview :
- A fast-paced work environment involving interaction with customers, Field Sales Representatives, Quality Control, Logistics, and Product Management departments.
- Familiarity with company products, processes and procedures through intense training period
- Ability to fulfill customers' needs with respect to quotations, order entry, and order statuses
Qualifications :
Candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in the customer service field, preferably 2 years in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities :
- Must have general knowledge of how the Customer Service Dept. works within a manufacturing environment
- General computer skills, MS Office
- AS400 and Access familiarity a plus
- Must be detail oriented and follow issues through to completion
