Description

We are seeking an accomplished HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department, ensuring the implementation of effective HR policies and recruitment projects that align with our organization’s strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in HR management and recruitment showcasing a proven ability to contribute to a positive work culture while driving organizational change. You will play a vital role in fostering employee engagement, developing talent management strategies, and enhancing workforce performance. This position demands a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of HR regulations, industry best practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management processes while advising management on HR-related issues. Additionally, the Senior HR Manager will lead initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion within our workforce, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a fair and equitable work environment. Responsibilities

· Develop and implement HR and recruitment strategies that support the overall business objectives.

· Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet organizational needs.

· Create and manage employee development and training programs to enhance skills and performance.

· Advise management on HR policies, talent acquisition strategy, and best practices for effective workforce management.

· Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.

· Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.

· Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

· A minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial and recruitment manager role.

· Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and compliance standards.

· Proven ability to develop and implement effective HR strategies and programs.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

· Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 per week
