The project team at Network Doctor is responsible for all technology implementations that require more than just a simple work order or request. They work with a wide variety of technologies, including but not limited to networking, systems administration, cloud services, security services.
The primary responsibility of this position is to be part of the project team, working both in office and onsite at client locations to complete project work as needed.
The candidate should be a motivated individual looking to work in a stimulating, fast-paced and fun atmosphere. Responsibilities will be diverse and often require personal judgment.
Successful engineers will assist in the planning and implementation of projects, create configurations documentation for use by other technicians, perform technical work onsite at client locations, and keep an eye on the quality of project work being completed.
The future team member would work from our Englewood Cliffs, NJ office and when needed travel onsite to our clients.

- Experience in:
- Server migrations from physical-virtual/virtual-virtual, setting up VMware ESXI hosts with vCenter
- Windows Server setups and configurations
- Configuring and deploying networking equipment: like switches and firewalls and wireless access points.
- Planning and leading office relocations
- Creating and maintaining documentation
Job Qualifications
Youre probably right for this job if you have:
- Experience with IT systems administration.
- Solid foundation with IT Infrastructures and experience in maintaining them.
- Configured and deployed networking equipment: like switches and firewalls and wireless access points.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows Server environments.
- Technical experience in planning and leading email migrations- Both On-premises to Cloud and Cloud to Cloud.
- Experience with setting up and managing backups solutions.
- Experience with migrating workloads into Microsoft Azure IaaS and Microsoft SharePoint.
- Experience working with storage devices such as SANs and NASs.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining other type of Hypervisor solutions like Citrix and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Experience with virtual desktop delivery solutions like Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops and Windows Remote Desktop Services and VMWare is a plus.
- Technical certifications in the above-mentioned areas will be a plus.
- Customer service experience.
- MSP Experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with the ConnectWise Suite of products is helpful.
