What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attorney - Family Law position at SR Staffing?

Our client is seeking a skilled Family Law Attorney to join their Hackensack, NJ office. This role involves representing clients in New Jersey in matters such as separation and divorce, custody disputes, spousal and child support, and marital property division.


Compensation: $145,000 to $185,000


Job qualifications:

  • Minimum of three years' experience in family law
  • Strong writing and analytical skills
  • Proficient in drafting discovery, motions, and negotiations
  • A track record of managing cases independently or as part of a team

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Licensed to practice in New Jersey (New York bar is a plus)
  • Ability to work out of the Hackensack office a few days a week

Salary : $145,000 - $185,000
