Responsibilities:
- Serve as First Chair on major injury and wrongful death cases
- Lead case strategy, depositions, settlement negotiations, and trial prep
- Collaborate closely with a skilled litigation team
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: $150,000 - $175,000
- Healthcare and Dental: Firm pays a portion for the employee (Blue Cross Blue Shield)
- 401(k) with 4% match after 1 year

Qualifications:
- 3 First Chair Personal Injury Trials
- Licensed in Alabama
