Responsibilities:
- Perform basic clinical tasks
- Assist with patient examinations and procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, including documenting patient information and medical history
- Prepare examination rooms, ensuring cleanliness and availability of necessary supplies
- Schedule patient appointments and manage patient flow within the clinic
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Assist with medical coding and billing processes
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, organizing files, and managing correspondence
Skills:
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of medical procedures
- Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Ability to accurately take vital signs (blood pressure, pulse rate, respiratory rate)
- Familiarity with medication administration techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
