Overview
Location: Tustin, CA -Full time in office (must be able to work Saturdays if needed.)
Pay: $17/hr.
Position Summary:
The Disclosure Mail Clerk position is responsible for the timeliness of providing support to New American Funding's Loan Officers by mailing out disclosure packages daily.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Identify and track all loan files/documents that are received in queue.
- Responsible for printing and mailing disclosure packets to appropriate parties.
- Responsible for timeliness and preparation of printing and mailing re-disclosed documents received by email.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Some experience with mail sorting.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Good communication and literacy skills.
- Ability to work independently, analyze data, take and recommend appropriate actions with minimal supervision.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work as part of a team.
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs (i.e. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Proficient with applicable printing software
Desired Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
