Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Grounds and Operations Staff member at Delta Dental Stadium. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscaping, grounds maintenance, custodial duties, and overall stadium operations, ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for fans and players alike.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance:
- Assist in the upkeep of the stadium's grounds, including mowing, weeding, trimming, and planting as needed.
- Ensure that all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing.
Custodial Duties:
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling throughout the stadium.
Safety and Compliance:
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to the supervisor promptly.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in landscaping, custodial work, or facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to operate basic landscaping and cleaning equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
**Physical Requirements:**
