What are the responsibilities and job description for the Central Receiving Manager position at New Mexico Highlands University?
Under the direct supervision of the Purchasing Director, provides oversight
and management of functional daily activities of the Central Receiving
Department, which includes Central Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving
and Mail Room/Post Office.

Oversight of inventory for the university;
Oversight and inventory of university supplies;
Oversight of delivery of university supplies and equipment;
Oversight and coordination of pickup, disposal and/or transfer of
materials and equipment;
Oversight of disposal of surplus items through auctions;
Supervise Central Receiving and Post Office employees;
Perform miscellaneous hob-related duties as assigned;
Maintain regular attendance;
Assist with audit preparation and reporting;
Assist with Board of Regent preparation and reporting
Minimum Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree from a Accredited Institution of Higher Learning
Knowledge of Ellucian Banner ERP System or other Oracle Based Software
