Job Title: Clinical Supervisor – ABA Programs (PJ Clinic)

Location: Port Jefferson, NY
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary Range: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (based on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our Port Jefferson (PJ) clinic team.

Position Overview
The Clinical Supervisor will oversee clinical operations at our PJ clinic, supporting the delivery of exceptional ABA services. This role involves supervising behavior technicians, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, supporting parent training, and ensuring treatment fidelity. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping children succeed, highly organized, and committed to professional excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight for ABA treatment programs at the PJ clinic.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Train, mentor, and support behavior technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress.
• Oversee data collection, analysis, and progress reporting.
• Support integration with Early Intervention (EI) programs and the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM).
• Maintain compliance with all applicable ethical, professional, and legal standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in New York State (or eligible).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA service delivery, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, client-centered care.
