At NewYork-Presbyterian Columbia University Irving Medical Center, our Physical Therapists use advanced technology and best-practice techniques to restore and maximize patient mobility. We provide one-on-one therapies that are tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients. As a part of our tight-knit team, you will assist patients in reaching their maximum performance and level of functioning while learning to live within their capabilities.

This is a non-rotating full-time position at NYP Columbia University Irving Medical Center. The shift days are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, and there is coverage for weekends and holidays.
Preferred Criteria:
- Experience with patient’s s/p orthopedic surgery
- Knowledge of post-operative protocols.
- Experience with patients following neurological diagnoses include Stroke and Parkinson's disease.
- Master’s degree or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- APTA Board-certified clinical specialist.
Required Criteria:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a PT with 1 year in adult outpatient rotation.
- Bachelor’s degree in physical therapy from a recognized college or university.
- New York State license as a Physical Therapist.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
- Demonstrates competency in clinical skills consistent with level of education, training, and experience.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
