We’re looking for a tech-forward, highly organized Production and Purchasing Coordinator who’s ready to learn the ropes and grow with us.
What You’ll Do
You’ll support our production team to ensure orders flow smoothly from the shop floor to our customers. No two days are exactly the same—if you’re curious, eager to learn, and like solving problems, this role is a great fit!
Daily Responsibilities
- Help coordinate production schedules using ERP system and planning tools
- Enter and update sales orders, work orders, and material requirements in the system
- Track inventory levels and reorder basic materials as needed
- Communicate with vendors about order status, lead times, and pricing
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure jobs stay on schedule
- Support process improvement projects and implement digital tools for better tracking

Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and other software tools
- 3 years exposure to manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or project coordination preferred
- Experience with enterprise level ERP system is preferred but not required
- Passion for learning and growing within a manufacturing business
