The Events Assistant at Nexmos Design will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, including product launches, client presentations, and company gatherings. You will work closely with our event management team to ensure every event is executed seamlessly, with attention to detail and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events.
- Manage event logistics including scheduling, transportation, and vendor coordination.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to ensure event requirements are met.
- Handle event-related documentation and administrative tasks.
- Ensure all event materials and equipment are prepared and available on-site.
- Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown.
- Provide support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Follow up with clients post-event to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event planning software.
- Previous event coordination experience is preferred but not required.
