We are looking to hire a Marketing Analyst – III in Basking Ridge, NJ or Irving, TX(Hybrid)
JOB DUTIES :
Adobe / Marketo Certified Associate and / or Marketo Certified Expert (current)
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, with four or more years of work experience
Six or more years of relevant work experience, with two or more years of marketing experience within an enterprise-based company.
Ability to manage highly complex, cross functional projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experience with building and executing, simple and complex email campaign builds (single emails, multi-touch nurtures and buyer journeys)
Use of tokens, velocity scripting and smart campaigns
Understanding of audience segmentations
Experience in creating and managing multiple programs across multiple tactics and customer segments.
REQUIRED SKILLS :
6 years of Marketo experience
Business practitioner certification is required, past contractor was a certified expert
Detailed in fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects
Working well in team environment, good collaboration and working with customers
Adapts to change quick
Executing tests programs out of Marketo before program launches, no coding or scripting required
3 Years Marketo Certified - that is a must - she won't consider if they don't
Telecom background ideally, but not a must
Highly Organized - multitasker
Great team player - self-starter - ask questions
Creating Business Campaigns / Sales Outbound Campaigns
Experience with and has used Workfront work management tool
Management and coordination across multiple teams for creative assets, custom lists requests, change requests and reporting requests
Working in a fast-paced environment with a critical eye for details, understanding of QA processes, and testing prior to execution
Effectively communicating with key stakeholders through the development process.
Using Google Suite of applications for corporate email, presentations, etc.
Experience in creating and managing multiple programs across multiple tactics and customer segments.
