We are a leading fire protection and low voltage service company seeking an experienced Fire Protection Manager to oversee inspection, installation, and service operations. The ideal candidate has at least 10 years of experience in the fire protection industry and a strong background in field operations, compliance, and team leadership.
Job Description
- Lead and manage field teams handling inspections, service calls, and system installations
- Ensure compliance with NFPA codes, AHJ regulations, and internal quality standards
- Coordinate with scheduling teams for efficient service delivery
- Provide technical support and guidance to technicians in the field
- Monitor job progress, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency
- Participate in hiring, training, and evaluating field staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in the fire protection industry (inspection, service, and installation)
- Proven leadership and management experience
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm, sprinkler, and suppression systems
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- NICET certification preferred
