Blue and Green Diamond Condominium
The Blue and Green Diamond are twin towers. A luxurious residential condominium and the tallest buildings in Miami Beach, FL, and was built in 2000. It is 559 feet and has 45 floors. The clubhouse includes facial/massage rooms, gym fitness equipment, men and women spa rooms, group fitness classes, two lighted tennis courts, and an oceanfront pool.
Position: Front Desk Attendant (Gym and Spa)
Responsible for screening in/out residents and their guests. Must greet in/out residents and guests. Answering questions, concerns, phone calls, and emails from residents. Provide customer service, utilize resources and materials of the clubhouse. Report observations of any gym equipment and spa. Maintain the calendar of day-to-day reservations for activities including massages, personal training, tennis, and fitness classes, etc. Assist Massage therapist with preparing and cleaning the room/tables. Filing and organizing important documents. Maintain the front desk area tidy and clean. Assist Porter with cleaning duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
· Welcoming and Greeting all residents
· Assisting with reservations
· Maintain daily sign-in sheet
· Encourage residents to comply with Association Rules and Regulations
· Report any malfunction immediately to Supervisor
· Work in collaboration with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security
· Maintain, clean, and organize the gym equipment and spa facilities
· The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less.
· The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
· Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a non-exempt (hourly) position.
· Flexibility with the work schedule is appreciated and welcomed
· Education and Experience Prior experience in a related position preferred
· Experience at a luxury property or hotel is strongly preferred
