NFC Amenity Management is currently accepting applicants for various Spa/Fitness Attendant positions in a residential property in Downtown Miami, FL area.

Responsibilities
- Must have a passion for elevated customer service; and must be ambitious, friendly, courteous, warm, compassionate and comfortable with people of all age groups.
- Stand and greet each person as they enter/exit the amenities spaces.
- Check‑in spa guest/members courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established spa requirements.
- Provide information and assistance to all guest/members and visitors
- Enforce policies and procedures as set forth by the building.
- Must possess strong work ethic, honesty and integrity.
- Provide exceptional Customer Service by exceeding client's expectations and needs.
- Complete thorough, daily facility inspections.
- Effectively communicate operation malfunctions promptly to Spa Director in a timely manner.
- Help other departments of facilities when needed
Qualifications
- Must be willing to deliver the highest level of quality customer service (aggressive hospitality) to our clients.
- Attention to detail is a must.
- Strong customer service skills and being a self-starter are important.
- Strong individual and team contributor.
- Must be friendly, outgoing, and a people-person.
Compensation
- $16 per hour.
