Summary
Ni Hao Chinese is a growing education company with offices in the United States and Taiwan. Ni Hao teaches thousands of students in our online and on-site Mandarin and English classes, with a focus on younger students. We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team. An ideal candidate is someone who can develop markets and customers to establish new and expand existing businesses (Including but not limited to the new segment, channels, franchise, joint venture, and new markets).
Responsibilities
- Promote products and services to schools looking for establishing Chinese courses. Build partners.
- Screen, develop, communicate, and manage key accounts. Establish business.
- Execute sales and marketing promotion programs.
- Develop channel strategies and service models.
- Collect and analyze market information and customer feedback.
- Work with regional sales and campus director to explore, communicate, and manage customers.
- Identify and secure potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve the same target.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in sales, business development, marketing, or related field.
- BA or BS in business, education, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred.
- Familiar with sales and marketing activities and processes in school, preschool, and or education markets.
- Experiences in establishing new customers and expanding business with existing customers.
- Familiar with building partnerships to expand to different regions.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Integrity, confidence, passion for the education market.
- Good logic, communication skills, can-do attitude, and open-minded.
- Able to work with teams and independently.
