Overview -
Founded in 2012 with less than 20 students, Ni Hao Chinese now has over 2,000 students go through our language learning program. We are looking for a candidate who has professional selling and communication skills to help with promoting classes. Ni Hao Chinese is expanding quickly, and we want the best candidate to grow with us.
Requirements -
- High school diploma required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiating skills, clear speaking, and fluent in English.
- Good at customer service, professional selling, and conflict resolution.
- Good service attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- A good team player that takes initiative and works well under pressure.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
Desirable -
- Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- The ability to speak Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
- Prior experience working in sales, customer service, marketing, or education field preferred.
- Good at coordinating with parents, teachers, and students; ability to make connections with a diverse array of people.
- Good telephone communication skills.
- Familiar with the Internet model, and digital social marketing.
- Proficient in Google Docs and Sheets.
Work Responsibilities -
- Recommend courses/programs based on customers' needs.
- Schedule online classes and process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or email.
- Answer customers' questions about our courses/programs or other related topics.
- Maintain customer records, online-visit new or existing customers evaluate needs, and increase the purchasing or renewal rate.
- Prepare product presentations to explain/promo product specifications.
- Work with the marketing team to actively promote our products, courses, and programs.
- Identify new and innovative ways to prospect new customers.
- Customer care - answer emails and calls existing customers, follow up on customer satisfaction, create and execute surveys.
- Create, edit and improve sales and customer service knowledge base.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
