Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Scaffold Builder to join our team. As a Scaffold Builder, you will be responsible for constructing and assembling scaffolding structures to support construction projects. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in fabricating, masonry, hardscape, and carpentry.
Duties:
- Build and dismantle scaffolding structures according to blueprints and specifications
- Erect scaffolding systems using various materials such as wood, metal, and concrete blocks
- Ensure scaffolds are stable, secure, and meet safety standards
- Inspect scaffolding components for damage or wear and perform necessary repairs or replacements
- Collaborate with construction teams to determine scaffold requirements for specific projects
- Safely operate heavy equipment to transport scaffolding materials
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols while working at heights
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scaffold Builder or similar role
- Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for material transportation
- Excellent physical stamina and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
