Education Director/Dean

This position is an administrative position that requires previous 3 years of management experience. The specific responsibilities for an Education Director/Dean:
- Oversee all instructor details, coaching, daily functions, performance evaluations.
- HR /payroll functions for instructor team
- Work with Curriculum Designer on education curriculum needs
- Ensure all instructors are meeting or exceeding requirements and training
- Coordinate a bi-annual “Boot Camp” for Instructor training and teaching methodologies
- Work with Operations Coordinator in ordering new equipment when needed
- Maintain a working knowledge of the school’s satisfactory academic progress policy, the standards of conduct, practical course requirements, grading policies and criteria, and state regulations
- Maintain a thorough, accurate and current knowledge of the subject matter taught in all courses
- Handle student complaints and questions
The requirements for success as an Education Director:
- Minimum of 3 years in Management Experience
- Excellent Leadership Skills
- Good with technology and software systems.
- Must be able to create and maintain spreadsheets, create presentations in Canva, and other software applications.
- Personality is absolutely critical; you must be outgoing, friendly, good with people, upbeat, positive, have a professional presence and an ability to manage a team.
- Ability to set a consistent positive and motivating tone with the team.
- Accountability; our environment is driven by monthly team goals so you must be driven and a lot of your success is dependent on your willingness to "Get 'Er Done".
- Passion for the aesthetics industry; you need to embrace the positive impact that the aesthetics industry can have on our students. You must have the desire to be a part of a highly skilled team.
- Detailed; you must be organized, structured, good at following protocols and be able to get the details right as well as the ability to manage many projects at the same time.

Compensation:
- Salary will depend on experience
- Commission also available
