Niterra North America is seeking a dynamic IT Support Supervisor for this hybrid role at our Sissonville, WV location. In this position, you will lead a team of IT professionals, ensuring seamless support for our employees and optimizing our IT infrastructure.
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of IT support technicians.
- IT Operations: Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware and software support, network maintenance, and system administration.
- Incident Management: Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests efficiently.
- Problem Management: Identify and resolve recurring IT issues to prevent future problems.
- Project Management: Coordinate and execute IT projects, such as software deployments and infrastructure upgrades.
- Security: Ensure adherence to security policies and procedures to protect sensitive information.
- Compliance: Maintain compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ITIL, ISO, TISAX).
Who we are looking for:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in IT support, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Experience with network infrastructure, systems administration, and security
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
