We are currently looking for an energetic self-starter to join the team as a Service Coordinator in our Birmingham, AL location. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Service departments by scheduling and monitoring service work and dispatching Technicians in your assigned territory. We’re looking for someone who is detail orientated and has strong organizational skills. The ideal candidate will work well across teams, is willing to learn and grow and exercises good judgement.
What You’ll Be Doing

What You’ll Be Doing
- Interact with customers to schedule service calls and maintain service job quotes.
- Schedule, dispatch, and track status of technicians.
- Open and update work orders.
- Responsible for service job quotes
- Collect, review, and process Tech generated documentation including Field Service Reports, Technician time, expenses, parts requests, and Requests for Quotes.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support Technicians and their needs to complete service orders.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in customer facing positions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail.

Salary : $37,600 - $47,600
