ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
To perform the job successfully, the individual must execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties, assignments, and specific projects may be assigned at the discretion of management.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, or computer-generated reports.
- Assist drafters in developing the structural design of products using drafting tools or computer-assisted design (CAD) or drafting equipment and software
- Confer with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, or provide technical informa
- Recommend design modifications to eliminate machine or system mal fun
- Develop, coordinate, or monitor all aspects of production, including the selection of manufacturing methods, fabrication, or operation of product designs.
- Specify system components or direct modification of products to ensure conformance with engineering design and performance specs

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or equivalent program
- 5 years of experience
- Proficient with AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- 3D CAD experiences such as Solidworks and Inventor are a plus
- Ability to travel as required (up to 25%)
