Who we are: For over 15 years, Northern Kentucky University has empowered leaders in P-12 education, higher education, community organizations, and business sectors across the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati region through our executive Ed.D. program. Beginning in 2025, we will launch an asynchronous online version of our program for current and aspiring educational leaders. Our program aims to facilitate personal identity, agency, and efficacy as change-makers who will lead, educate, and empower others to advance excellence, ethics, and opportunity. To accomplish our goal, we built a curriculum that provides educational opportunities to transform self and community.

What the position entails: The primary responsibilities include teaching and developing graduate courses, connecting teaching, research, and service to leadership practice in the field, facilitating capstone projects, working collaboratively with colleagues, involvement in community and university service, and participating in outreach activities.
Qualifications
To be considered: Submit (1) a brief, introductory cover letter (500 words or so) indicating your interest, aspirations, a time you helped facilitate a challenging leadership situation, and experiences that make you a good fit; (2) an up-to-date resume or CV; and (3) the names and contact information of at least three professional references.
