The Back of House Food Attendant is responsible for supporting kitchen operations by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, organizing supplies, and ensuring a safe and sanitary work environment. This role helps maintain kitchen efficiency and cleanliness to ensure smooth operations and quality service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle food in accordance with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Manage your assigned station, including stocking, prepping ingredients, cooking, and cleaning.
• Track and fulfill orders and special requests from your station.
• Coordinate with Front of House staff to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
• Ensure food quality and presentation meet the establishment's standards.
• Follow all food safety protocols and health regulations.
