NOOTER is seeking an experienced Site Safety Administrative Assistant to join our Safety Team in Hemlock, Michigan. This role will support the ongoing development and maintenance of training a safety program to include, but not limited to the following:
- Assist with new hire onboarding and provide initial new-hire safety training and follow-up interactions for new employees.
- Perform routine job safety analyses.
- Provide daily safety Toolbox talks.
- Maintain and file documentation needed for reporting and controlling agencies.
- Able to effectively communicate safety training topics.
- Assist in maintaining safety guidelines, procedures and policies.
