General Duties and Responsibilities
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly reports for key Manufacturing metrics and ensure that all Manufacturing Leads have access to review them.
- Ensure the onboarding training for all Manufacturing employees is planned and executed.
- Monitor training compliance for all Manufacturing employees on a periodic basis.
- Conduct periodic audits of training plan compliance of all Clean Room personnel.
- Support Manufacturing management by helping write and implement production documents (MAPs, Travelers, etc.).
- Review and update current Manufacturing documents as required.
- Understanding the objectives of Lean Manufacturing initiatives implemented in the individual work cells and monitoring periodically to make sure the work cells are not deviating from Lean process standards.
- Perform all Record-keeper activities as a primary or backup when necessary entailing the following duties:
- Enter and reconcile labor transactions for manufacturing operations (Dayforce and PRMS).
- Coordinate and process time and attendance related documentation in support of manufacturing personnel.
- Print product-related labeling.
- Generate DHR books to support Production schedule.
- Generate Manufacturing Performance Reports using Word and Excel.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Miscellaneous duties to support department as required.
- Provide manufacturing support as required for Engineering and Quality Control projects.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer literate. Advanced MS Excel experience is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interface effectively with department personnel.
- Be able to make informed decisions in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
