Office Coordinator – Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Contract) – $20-$22/hr


This is a contract role starting ASAP, supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring a smooth experience for employees, clients, and vendors.


Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (40 hours/week)


What You’ll Do:

  • Process and manage customer invoices and reports
  • Maintain reception and office areas
  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment servicing, and shipments
  • Assist with on-site meeting logistics
  • Perform general clerical duties including mail, filing, copying, and organizing
  • Support staff with administrative overflow and project-based tasks


Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of office coordination or similar experience (professional services experience preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter with integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.


Compensation

  • $20–$22/hour
