Office Coordinator – Oakbrook Terrace, IL (Contract) – $20-$22/hr
This is a contract role starting ASAP, supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring a smooth experience for employees, clients, and vendors.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (40 hours/week)
What You’ll Do:
- Process and manage customer invoices and reports
- Maintain reception and office areas
- Greet visitors and manage incoming calls
- Coordinate office supplies, equipment servicing, and shipments
- Assist with on-site meeting logistics
- Perform general clerical duties including mail, filing, copying, and organizing
- Support staff with administrative overflow and project-based tasks
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of office coordination or similar experience (professional services experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Self-starter with integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation
