Mental Health is as important as physical health! North Range Behavioral Health provides compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and substance use services to children, youth, adults, and families across a wide spectrum of needs.
***$1,000.00 Sign-On Bonus Available***
Salary Range:
$19.13/hr. - $26.75/hr.
Salary Placements will vary and may be above the starting wage based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, education, and licensure. Salary placements will generally occur between the starting wage and the midpoint of the salary range.
Employees may be eligible for additional pay based on program, evening, night, weekend, or holiday work. Bilingual pay may be available upon successful passing of language validation testing.
Position Summary
Case Manager:
Case Managers collaborate with clinical teams to secure resources and services to provide resources and services for clients with mild to severe mental illness and/or substance use disorder challenges. Case Managers work directly with clients to provide education and skill development to help move them toward independence.

With a Collaborative, Customer First, and Compassionate approach, Case Managers will:
- Embrace the North Range Behavioral Health Mission Statement - Provide compassionate, comprehensive care for people who face mental health and addiction challenges.
- Collaborate with therapists and other relevant staff to coordinate services, and address client needs and behaviors; prevent deterioration and/or hospitalization through consistency and adequate monitoring as indicated by program scope.
- Maybe required to assess client needs to make appropriate recommendations for services, complete treatment plans, and/or/provide effective interventions for behavioral health conditions. Facilitate the process for clients to transfer to lower or higher-level services as appropriate.
- Facilitate client engagement in medical services and client education.
- Monitor, evaluate, and record client progress with respect to treatment goals.
- Maintain a close and cooperative relationship with community agencies, other public agencies, and private businesses in carrying out support services.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Services area from an accredited college or university is required.
- Valid Driver's License and driving record that meets with hiring requirements as set forth for someone that must transport clients/program participants is required.
Additional eligibility requirements by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE):
- Annual Flu Vaccine
