Our client, a leading Private Equity fund, is looking for a Valuations Associate to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in valuation modeling and a thorough knowledge of private equity/hedge fund investing.
You will...
- Create, maintain, and utilize monthly and quarterly valuation models
- Perform valuation analyses across the capital structure and prepare findings to the valuation committee
- Liaise with the investment team and 3rd party independent valuation specialists
- Support year-end valuation audit
- Optimize efficiency and improve processes via ad-hoc projects
Qualifications:
- 3-5 yrs. in valuations
- Private Equity experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree
