A Case Facilitator I – Adult operates under supervision of the assigned Area Director or
designated QBHP/LP. A member of a multidisciplinary treatment team, primary job duties
include providing case management and activities of daily living skills to adult consumers.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Must meet OBHP requirements = Two years' experience in mental health or
