Description of Position
Northeastern State University is seeking an Instructor of Technology in the College of Business and Technology.
Candidate must have graduate coursework or experience in technology or business administration with preferred experience in teaching in hybrid, online or cohort learning environments. The right faculty will be able to teach any of the technology or business administration courses needed at the undergraduate level.
In addition to teaching, this position involves student recruitment. The right candidate will be active in connecting with industry. The person will also be expected to find and meet with prospective students from high schools, community colleges, returning students from industry and through social media.
The faculty member may be assigned to teach classes and hold meetings as needed on the Tahlequah or Broken Arrow campuses, on Zoom or online.

Responsibilities
Outstanding teaching and mentoring of students are required. Marketing, recruitment and retention of students expected, along with service and interaction with local industry partners.
Experience
Earned Master’s Degree in Business. Intention to work on scholarship and maintain currency in the field required.
