Summary:

Assist in the maintenance of the hospital and associated grounds to maintain the upkeep, operations and appearance of.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work orders, preventative work orders, projects and call ins, in order of urgency or as directed by Maintenance Manager.
• Replace ceiling tiles and light bulbs according to policy.
• Replace floor tile, installs cove base and other minor floor repairs.
• Perform basic plumbing skills.
• Perform basic mechanical skills.
• Perform basic carpentry skills.
• Perform basic electrical skills.
• Perform repairs on the building finish such as patching and painting.
• General Maintenance duties
