Position Overview: As a dental receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, playing a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience. We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable individual who can effectively manage front office duties while fostering a positive atmosphere for our team and patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Manage phone calls, scheduling, and confirming appointments
- Handle patient records and ensure accuracy in billing and insurance information
- Process payments and assist with insurance claims
- Maintain a clean and organized front office
- Communicate effectively with dental staff to ensure seamless patient flow
- Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Assist in managing front office inventory and supplies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a dental office is highly preferred
