JOB SUMMARY:

The Region Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely execution of administrative and accounting functions in support of Region operations. The position requires independent judgment and a high degree of confidentiality. This position is hybrid and may require occasional travel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.

Experience

  • At least 5 years related work experience or any combination of education and 2 years’ experience that provide thorough understanding of business and accounting needs.

License or Certification

  • Valid Driver’s License

  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of the Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.
  • Preparing weekly, monthly, and yearly reports; Identifying and resolving discrepancies

  • Ability to read, write and comprehend English.
  • Ability to read, write and comprehend Spanish, preferred.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Office Administrations

  • Assist with office and region operations, workflow and procedures.
  • Manage project-based work, follow-up, and report results.
  • Keep management informed by creating, reviewing and analyzing special reports, compiling information and identifying trends.
  • Responsible for complying with and meeting all company driven deadlines.
  • Assist with accounts receivable invoicing.
  • Maintain and protect sensitive company data by adhering to internal security controls.
  • Contract creation and maintenance in ERP system.
  • Purchase order reconciliation.
  • Assist Region Office Manager and Controller with month end activities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Human Resource Responsibilities

  • Have a working knowledge of the company Employee Handbook and be able to answer general questions from employees.
  • Time entry, payroll validation, missed and final pay coordination.
  • Other duties as assigned.
