We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Administrator to support our Construction team. This is a vital role with a strong emphasis on contract oversight, vendor billing, and accounts payable — ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about precision and process.
What You'll Do
Contract Administration (Primary Focus):

Own the process of receiving, reviewing, and validating construction subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders

Ensure all contracts are properly authorized and executed in accordance with company policy

Serve as a key liaison between Project Managers, SVPs, and Finance to ensure alignment and compliance across all contract documents

Analyze project information and documentation to verify accuracy, policy compliance, and budget alignment

Process approved pay applications to vendors and subcontractors monthly, ensuring timeliness and contract adherence

Maintain organized and up-to-date digital records of all contractual and project-related documentation
Accounts Payable Support:

Manage invoice entry, review, and coordination of payments for construction-related accounts payable

Partner with the Construction Senior AP Coordinator to ensure timely and accurate vendor payments

Assist in check runs, mailing, filing, and issue resolution as needed
What You Bring
-
3–5 years of experience in Contract Administration, Construction Billing, or related field
-
3 years of experience in Construction Accounts Payable
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite

Experience with Procore, DocuSign, and Sage/Timberline preferred
-
Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset

Ability to confidently interpret and process complex contract documents
