Position Hours
1st shift - 7:00 to 3:10 p.m. $16.00 per hour
2nd shift- 3:00 pm to 11:10 pm $16.00 per hour plus $2.50 shift differential
3rd shift - 11:00 p.m. to 7:10 a.m. $16.00 per hour plus $3.00 shift differential

Summary
Summary Assist in the safe production of quality products by ensuring parts are moved though the production process efficiently and checked for quality. This includes:
- Line loading
- Repacking
- Visual Inspection
- Sorting
- Follow all company rules and regulations related to environmental, health, and safety.
- Safely operate pallet jacks to lift and transfer materials from one place to another.
- Supply components to hoppers, indexing poles or conveyors.
- Load parts from the basket to machine conveyor.
- Remove finished parts from the machines. Inspect as necessary and pack properly.
- Visually inspect components and parts for defects, sort and disassemble defect parts.
- Able to read, write and speak English well enough to successfully pass safety training.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, using whole numbers.
- Ability to follow instructions.
- Concentrate on a task over several minutes without being distracted.
- Arrange things or actions in a certain order or pattern.
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to moving mechanical parts; vapors or airborne particles; chemicals, vibration, and loud noises.
- Safety shoes, safety glasses, chemical resistant gloves and bump caps for this position must be worn on the production floor. Other Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required.
- Jobs on the production floor require a minimum 40-hour workweek. Overtime may be required.
- The pace of work is steady and fast.
- Employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
- The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- This position requires sufficient vision to see details at close range, so the person can pass an inspection test of finished parts and components.
