Job Summary

NTS Contractors is seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with CRM systems and basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to management and staff
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails
  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems and ensure accurate records
  • Help keep HubSpot CRM records up to date and accurate
  • Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks
  • Assist with onboarding and basic HR tasks
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors
  • Support special projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous administrative experience preferred
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems a plus
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) required
  • Basic understanding of AP/AR processes required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional and positive attitude

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
