Job Summary:
- Help Desk Operations. Provide highly specialized and responsive support to a mobile and technologically equipped workforce.
- Escalate requests to support partners throughout the Service and vendor support teams.
- Serve as a primary point of communication for the status of pending requests, service outages, and maintenance activities within the IT environment.
- Desktop, laptop and Mobile Device Support
- Responsible for deployment, management, and support of IPads, tablets, mobile devices.
- Support the end user desktops and laptops. Server Support
- Track server activity, performing upgrades of software, maintain computer hardware, address questions about technical problems, and improve efficiency by evaluating system network functions.
